Will there be more wear and tear compared to a regular tenant?

Not with us. Unlike traditional tenancies, we treat your property as a hospitality asset. It is professionally cleaned after every guest stay, and we allocate a monthly maintenance budget of £500 to proactively manage wear and tear.
Any issues reported by guests are resolved immediately to maintain high standards and ensure a great experience.
Why not just rent to a regular tenant?

We take guest screening very seriously. All guests must verify their identity with photo ID before booking. In addition, we conduct our own checks by reviewing their host ratings and history. A security deposit is also required prior to any stay.
Importantly, we don’t just cater to holidaymakers. We also work with corporate clients, contractors, and professionals who require mid-term accommodation and require a home away from home while working. These guests typically stay longer, treat the property with respect, and value a quiet, comfortable environment.
To protect your property, we’re covered by Airbnb’s Host Guarantee, which includes up to £1 million in damage protection, and we’ve added an extra layer of security with third-party insurance for additional coverage to also put you at ease.
